SHARE THE LOAD | A brutal fact of today's society

This phrase "share the load" has a deeper meaning, today's generation is highly discussing this idea .what it actually means? does this speak about any specific gender?

This twenty-first century has taught us many things, it has taught us how to cherish life and value everything around us.

We Indians or we as humans still learning new and some hidden truth about life and our culture. Acceptance is still very difficult for us. Coming out of our comfort zone is not an easy task, we will ask questions about that ." Sharing and Caring " is something we have thought about since childhood but as we grow this sharing caring gets disappear. We divide ourselves based on, cast, rich, poor, and most importantly men and women. Think hard and try to understand how this happened. Only when you give yourself time and look back and start analyzing things you will surely find your answers.

DIVIDE AND RULE | Equality is everyone's responsibility

This society is divided into two - men and women, caste, race, this is all secondary. Who is responsible for this? It's not that men are only responsible, women are equally responsible this happened only when you were denied taking your responsibility. Who made the formula that men earn and women look upon house and kids, it is all because we backed to say no. Time has been changing drastically many women have achieved what they wanted to, of course, there are men behind their success but still many are deprived of the opportunity they deserve. Deciding certain criteria for women and men are no longer acceptable. This society does not treat everyone equally, many girls are not even allowed to see the world, they die inside each day and so do their dreams. 

LETTING GO - OLD TRADITIONS AND NARROW THINKING

Old traditions need to be upgraded now because we are in the twenty-first century and not accepting the vibe of the new era, would be depriving us of the opportunities it is going to give us. Now is the time to ask yourself that you really do not wish to be part of this change? Do you really not going to accept the new opportunity? Gone are the days when women served the food to the man of the house and she had the leftover. In this era we all have balanced proportion for everyone, so why not try this with our life. Following your culture is important for everyone but implementing it for depriving someone of quality is not right in any sense.

Just by saying that we are working for women and child welfare won't change anything, it needs to be done, the result needs to speak that yes we have achieved. It is not only about men depriving women, but it's also the women who need to stand for each and every woman, this will help them push their boundaries. Let them be free, let them come out of their comfort zone, and let them design the larger picture of life. The world will acknowledge the miracle happening, it is not a one-day process it will take time, and it's our responsibility to keep the tradition going.

SHARE THE LOAD | Men are incomplete without a partner

This simple line has a lot of meaning in it, sharing and caring to go hand in hand. We all talk a lot about changes but do you really see it around yourself, do we really work on that, time has come that this talking needs to stop and change needs to be seen. Our mother earth, she is sharing the load of the whole wide world and so to maintain the balance, it's our duty to take care of her, make her assure that her assets are safe in our hands. Nothing is constant in life all we humans can do is create a proper balance. 

Let's look at life in the same way, I am responsible for making money, it's my responsibility to look after the house and kids, this 'I' letter needs a partner because it is alone in every sense, this needs to be converted in 'WE'. Why not try this new formula of we, it will sort your problems in no time. A mother carries her baby for whole nine months without a complaint and many of you might not know the fact that the cord that is the placenta by which a mother and child are connected, the fetus inside her sends stem cells if she comes in contact with any heart problem, this is what sharing the load actually means. 

This is the fact that society is not going to change, it's impossible to change everybody's thinking but by bringing small changes in your daily life you will slowly and steadily observe the positive change. There is nothing wrong if a woman wants to support her men financially but this should not lead to ego clashes between them. Both have to understand and respect each other's time and effort.

CHERISH LIFE | BE A MAN DO NOT HESITATE TO HELP

What you have is all you deserve and what you going to achieve is everything you will earn. Go beyond your capacity, learn new things every second and be an example for others. Help people without any conditions and fear. Be a proud man who helps his wife with her life and her daily chores, do not hesitate to help your man with everything. Make your own rules but it should not harm anybody's feelings .'LIVE AND LET LIVE' this is the only rule that applies to life.

Sharing the burden makes life around us easy. This will create an unbreakable bond with your partner, do not hesitate to help the needy. Life does not give equal opportunity to everyone and if you are the lucky one give your heart to it.

Everything has changed and that change is for good reasons. In old times situations were totally different, the thinking, way of living, everything was decided by men.

Be it education, work and personal life everybody is treated equally and the people who are deprived of their basic facilities, it's our duty to make sure the resources come to the needy.

THE IRONY OF THE HUMAN CONDITION IS THAT WE ARE SO FOCUSED ON  REACHING SOME POINT IN OUR JOURNEY, SOME HAPPINESS, OR SOME GOAL THAT WE SEEM TO FORGET THAT THE JOURNEY ITSELF IS WHERE LIFE HAPPENS.
